Domestic Shipping Policy (United States)

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping 2–5 business days $8.00 (Orders up to $50)
Standard Shipping 2–5 business days FREE (Orders over $50)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or order volume.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.


Shipping Areas

Living Essentials currently ships within:

  • The United States

  • U.S. Territories

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Standard Shipping is the only available option for these locations.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Living Essentials is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges that may apply to shipments to U.S. territories or specific tax jurisdictions. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Living Essentials is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  2. Keep all original packaging and damaged items.

  3. Notify us at support@livingessentials.com so we can assist where possible.


Delivery Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high demand periods. Living Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers but will assist in tracking and resolution where possible.
